Before evaluating that claim, it helps to understand the physiology it's referring to — and then to be honest about how much of the "mechanism" is verified science versus a reasonable-sounding story built from separate ingredient studies.
Blood sugar and insulin, in plain language
Every time you eat carbohydrates, your digestive system breaks them down into glucose, which enters your bloodstream. Your pancreas responds by releasing insulin, a hormone that acts like a key, letting glucose move out of the blood and into your muscle, fat, and liver cells, where it's used for energy or stored for later. This keeps your blood glucose inside a fairly narrow, healthy range even after a meal.
When cells stop responding well to insulin's "key" — a state called insulin resistance — the pancreas has to release more and more insulin to get the same job done. Notice that each row studied a narrow, specific outcome — usually fasting glucose or a related lab marker — using an isolated extract, not the finished multi-ingredient liquid product. None of these studies tell us what happens when all of these ingredients are combined in small, undisclosed amounts inside a 200 mg blend, taken as 1 mL of liquid drops per day.
Why "no product-level study" matters more than it sounds
It's tempting to average together the individual ingredient results and assume the finished product should work "at least a little." But supplement science doesn't work by simple addition — combined ingredients can behave differently together than alone, doses in a shared blend are typically far lower than the doses used in the studies above, and absorption/bioavailability of a liquid drop formulation hasn't been tested for this product either.
